Our Goals:

• To connect and support advancement of women of color in the Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, regionally and nationally (especially at HBCUs).
• To address research related to issues and challenges for diverse women in the STEM disciplines.

Our Objectives:

• To expand women's social and professional networks.
• To improve information flow.
• To stimulate social and capital formation.
• To increase representation of minority women in leadership positions within the academic community.
